Tier 1: WCT Buddy members and/or Public Bank/Public Islamic Bank Visa Debit or Credit Card cardmembers who spend the Cumulative Spend amount (see table below) and above in a maximum of three (3) combined same day receipts at any participating outlets at Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya will be entitled to redeem one (1) set of Red Packets during the promotion period from 12 January 2024 to 14 February 2024 (Promotion Period), while stocks last.

Redeem at Concierge Counter, Level G

Terms and Conditions: -

1. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase with original receipts at the concierge counter of Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya during mall operation hours for the Promotion Period only.
2. Tier 1: Shoppers may present up to three (3) same day receipts as day of redemption, with a cumulative minimum spend based on the table above, at the concierge counter to be eligible to redeem one (1) set of Red Packets.
3. Tier 2: Shoppers may present up to three (3) same day receipts as day of redemption, with a cumulative minimum spend based on the table above, at the concierge counter to be eligible to redeem one (1) Watsons Brand Lucky Bag.
4. Tier 3: Shoppers may present up to three (3) same day receipts as day of redemption, with a cumulative minimum spend based on the table above, at concierge counter to be eligible to redeem one (1) Teapot Set.
5. Each shopper is allowed to redeem one (1) product only per day and up to a maximum of three (3) products only throughout the Promotion Period.
6. WCT Buddy members are required to upload the receipts on the WCT Buddy App on the same day before redeeming the product.
7. For Public Bank Cardmembers, the receipt(s) used for redemption must be a sales transaction made using a valid Public Bank/Public Islamic Bank Visa Debit or Credit Card.
8. Receipts from Lotus’s, bill payments, prepaid reloads, currency exchange and temporary promotion booths will not be accepted for the purpose of this redemption.
9. Only products with defects, acceptable in the judgment of our Customer Service staff on duty, will be accepted for exchange subject always to stock availability.
10. Shoppers are not allowed to choose or pick the product for this redemption.
11. Redemption is available while stocks last, on a first come, first served basis. No dispute will be entertained in the event the products available for redemption have been fully redeemed.
12. Paradigm Mall Petaling Jaya’s tenants and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming any product for themselves or on behalf of their customers.
13. The Management reserves the right to replace the product with other items of similar value.
14. The Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
