For over 35 years, Chili’s® has been welcoming guests with our sizzling personality and serving up a good time, every time with incredible appetizers and entrées, thirst-quenching drinks and decadent desserts. Along the way, we’ve fed a bunch of folks, hosted a ton of parties and also had a lot of laughs.
Today Chili’s® has more than 1,500 restaurants in 31 countries around the world. A lot has changed since our early days in Dallas, Texas as a hamburger joint serving burgers in a basket and bowls of spicy “Texas Red Chili”. But we’re still hungry to bring you the big, bold flavors of our original down-home, Southwestern-inspired brand. So you can still enjoy the mouthwatering burgers, ice-cold beer and margaritas that made us famous. Or you can sink your teeth into even more great Southwest favorites like our Beef Ribs, Sizzling Fajitas and Fire-Grilled Steaks. Of course, along with outstanding food, we’re still cooking up a whole lot of fun too.
